ROADMAP / WORKING NOTES

Good plans leave room for better ones.

This is a short list of priorities, not a dated launch schedule. The order can change when the work or the community gives us a good reason.

01

FIRST / MAKE THE BASICS CLEAR

Give the collection a better front door.

Keep the portraits easy to browse, make the official marketplace link easy to verify, and explain what the site does without making visitors hunt for it.

  • Keep collection and social links current.
  • Give the artwork useful descriptions and room to breathe.
  • Make the site work well on a phone as well as a wide screen.

02

NEXT / SHARE THE MAKING

Show more of the choices behind the art.

Share sketches, visual experiments, and the decisions that make one portrait feel different from another. Updates should have something real to show, not just a date on a calendar.

  • Post process notes when there is something worth sharing.
  • Listen for useful feedback from collectors and visitors.

LATER / TEST BEFORE ADDING

Try small ideas before promising big ones.

If there is a clear reason to add a feature or a community activity, test the simplest version first. Keep it only if it makes the collection more enjoyable or easier to follow.

  • Explore community-led formats when there is real interest.
  • Do not add a token, utility, reward, or release promise by default.
OPEN QUESTION

A plain note on promises.

These items describe intentions, not guaranteed releases or dates. No item promises financial value, utility, a reward, or a future product. The page will change when the priorities change.
